1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TELLY X you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your Account

You register with a valid email and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. The Service

TELLY X is an offline-first task tracker with optional cloud sync for daily, short-term and long-term goals. Features may evolve and availability is not guaranteed.

4. Your Data

Tasks and preferences are stored on your device and, while signed in, synced to our cloud database (Turso). Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. You may delete tasks at any time; logging out clears local data from that device.

5. Privacy

We collect only what the service needs: your name, email, hashed password and your tasks. We do not sell your data and we show no third-party ads.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not use the service for unlawful content, for storing sensitive regulated data, or to abuse the sync API.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (salted password hashing, session tokens, TLS in transit), but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
