1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using TELLY X (the “app”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. You accept them explicitly during sign-up. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The service

TELLY X is a personal task-management app that works offline on your device and, if you choose, syncs your tasks across devices through our cloud service. The service is provided free of charge, as-is, and may evolve with new features or changes.

3. Your account

• Provide accurate information when registering and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account; log out on shared devices.
• One account per person. We may suspend accounts used to abuse or disrupt the service.

4. Your content

You keep full ownership of the tasks and notes you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and sync that content so the service works for you. Do not store content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful to others.

5. Acceptable use

• No reverse-engineering, scraping, load-testing or unauthorised access to our servers or APIs.
• No uploading of malware, unlawful material, or content violating others’ rights.
• No use of the service for activities that breach applicable law.

6. Backups & availability

Sync is provided on a best-effort basis. While we maintain cloud backups of synced data, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that data will never be lost. Keep local copies of anything critical. Offline data lives only on your device and is affected by clearing browser/app storage.

7. Disclaimers & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service (currently zero).

8. Termination

You may stop using TELLY X and delete your content at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms. Sections on ownership, disclaimers and liability survive termination.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms; the date above will change accordingly. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in the app.
